USDA Chief Data Officer, United States Department of Agriculture
Ted Kaouk is the Chief Data Officer at the United States Department of Agriculture. He is responsible for developing strategies that enable USDA to fully leverage its data as a strategic asset, improving organizational decision-making and outcomes for citizens. He has been in Federal Service since 2011. Ted graduated from the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science degree, earned a master’s from the University of Virginia, and a PhD from the University of Maryland, College Park.
