As a senior product manager, Stephanie works across the development and technical support organizations to improve supportability in Tableau products. She uses Tableau to find data-driven ways of resolving customer issues faster or preventing issues altogether. Her passion for using data to drive customer delight began long ago when she ran RealNetworks’ self-service support offerings. Time in program management at a variety of companies reinforced her belief that everyone wins when customers are happy and productive. When not diving into data, Stephanie enjoys a cappella singing and outdoor adventuring. Usually not at the same time.
