Staff Research Scientist, Tableau
Sarah Battersby is a member of Tableau research. She is a Ph.D. wielding cognitive cartographer (or PsychoGeographer, if you prefer) and enjoys thinking about how people think about maps. Sarah's research covers a variety of areas, including perception in dynamic map displays, geospatial technologies and spatial thinking abilities, and the impact of map projection on spatial cognition. In her spare time, she likes to think about fun map tricks in Tableau, bake tasty treats, and walk (and then walk some more).
