Most of what Jim knows about data and analytics comes from sports: He still keeps score of baseball games using paper and pencil and will likely use multiple sports analytics analogies in this session. He's spent the last 13 years at Comcast, spending time on a variety of initiatives including: Leading research and marketing organizations for NBCUniversal, serving as a founding member of the organization’s Marketing Strategy & Planning team, and leading HQ Retail Operations for our 300+ Xfinity Stores. His current assignment combines what he loves most about Comcast: Their people, data, and customers.
