At Tableau, Jeremy leads strategic customer success for public sector and global system integrator customers. Previously, Jeremy was a Strategic Customer Success Manager himself, helping organizations and users become more data-driven through success planning, community building, product advocacy, impact analyses, and more. In addition, Jeremy is a Lecturer on Data Analytics and Statistical Methods at The Fletcher School at Tufts University. Prior to joining Tableau, Jeremy led diversity and inclusion analytics at Bank of America. He is also a military veteran, having served in the U.S. Air Force for 10 years. Jeremy graduated from Michigan State University and holds a master’s degree in international business from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and another in diplomacy from Norwich University. He lives in the D.C. metro with his wife and two children.
