Ben leads the global Technical Support team comprised of over 400+ Tabloids from around the world. Our team provides 24/7 support to 80,000 customers spanning large global corporations, small businesses as well as hobbyists that love seeing and understanding their data. Prior to Tableau, Ben led professional services, success & operations teams at companies such as Google, Facebook, Medallia, and DoubleClick, and was the Chief Customer Officer for RocketFuel. Throughout his career, Ben has focused on building great teams, working cross-functionally and while continuing to keep focus on the customer. A self-proclaimed “service junkie”, Ben has been associated with TSIA (Technical Services Industry Association) for years, and spoken at numerous conferences on leading teams, providing world-class service, and working effectively across functions. Originally from New York, Ben moved to Seattle in 2018, has two sons, is a lifelong NY Mets fan and loves his Peloton bike.
