Amy is the Director of the Marketing Solutions Measurement and Analysis team at FICO. She leads a team of business intelligence experts who leverage data to drive better business outcomes for clients. Their insightful business intelligence deliveries enhance the decision-making process and identify key business opportunities that enable clients to achieve their performance goals. Before joining FICO, Amy worked in the Marketing Growth and Measurement Team at Atlassian, an Australian software company. She also worked at U.S. Bank as a data analyst for the credit card fraud group and later as a marketing data analyst for the payments team. Amy is currently a doctoral candidate at Wilmington University. She holds a Master in Operational Research from the University of Southampton, England, and a Bachelor's in Mathematics from St. Cloud State University, Minnesota.
