Harvard Business Review recently noted that the Human Resources function is moving ahead of some quantitatively oriented functions like Finance in the use of advanced analytics. We are excited to be at the forefront facilitating this change! This session reviews how we built two Pay Equity products to facilitate client discussion and change by drawing from our ground-breaking research data on pay equity and using a variety of applied statistics. We start with in-depth descriptive statistic dashboards, then move to a multivariate regression analysis utilizing Python to identify pay inequities and Pay Equity models quickly and seamlessly.
