Payors require community health centers to provide consistent, high-quality care. But patients' complex needs often force clinical quality measures often take a back seat. What would it take to meaningfully engage care teams in continuous clinical quality improvement? This session will describe a mid-size community health center's journey to improve clinical care using Tableau. We will offer use cases from a clinician's perspective as well as from our own perspective as the organization's business intelligence leader. Attendees will learn about the unique challenges of engaging community healthcare providers in performance data and how Tableau transformed their motivation and lead to real-world patient health improvements.
