What does Military Intelligence have in common with Business Intelligence? Both deal with the act of understanding; the former, understanding one’s adversary and the latter understanding one’s business. Both have their own unique goals that must be measured to monitor progress and ensure completion. This session examines the essential elements of Business Strategy, the concept that “you can’t improve what you can’t measure,” and describes our journey creating a data-driven organization by leveraging the experience they gained providing data analytics services to the Special Operations and Intelligence Community.
