In this session, in the true spirit of storytelling, hear how our Direct to Consumer & International (DTCI) organization has unlocked its data by leveraging a new in-house analytics platform affectionately called “Ingrid” (NGRD, Next Generation Reporting & Data). This platform is designed to more easily facilitate the adoption of “self-service” analytics across an organization. NGRD was built natively on AWS and integrates directly with an on-premise Tableau Server cluster which allows us to rapidly expedite the development cycle. Come learn about how Disney partnered with Slalom to design a modern analytics architecture that has already exposed hundreds of new users to the capabilities of Tableau and resulted in thousands of hours of efficiencies gained per year.
