Registration & Payments
Right after logging in with your Tableau ID, you will be taken to the "Do you have a registration code?" page. Select "I have a code" button. Enter your code (include any dashes) and click continue. You will then be prompted to select if you're registering only yourself or for a group of people. Your discounted total will appear on the payment page in the itemized list before you submit your payment. Discount codes must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively.
Sorry, only one code may be used per attendee and discounts cannot be combined. If your discount code offers a deeper discount than the current promotional offer (ex. Early Bird discount), it will offer the less expensive option. Discount codes must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively.
Scholarships are not available. However, government, non-profit, and education (students included) customers get a $600 discount off the full conference price using the following codes:
- Government: VEGASTC19GOV
- Non-profit: VEGASTC19NFP
- Education: VEGASTC19EDU
We accept a variety of payment options:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express)
- Purchase order (purchase order due within 5 days of registration, payment due within 30 days of registration). Until payment is made, status will show as "pending."
- Wire transfer (payment due within 30 days of registration)
Conference fees for Tableau Conference 2019 will show up on your credit card statement as TABLEAU SOFTWARE INC.
